Fee under Asset Management Our fees are aligned with your success. We do not charge transaction fees or any other hidden charges. In this program, we will manage and invest your portfolio based on the investment management philosophy outlined earlier. Fees for this service are charged as a percentage of the total managed assets as outlined below: The Asset Management Annual Fee Structure: $100,000 to $150,000 1.6% $151,000 to $250,000 1.40% $251,000 to $500,000 1.20% $501,000 to $1,000,000 1.00% $1,000,000 and up negotiable Fees are billed quarterly to accounts in advance. The above is the annual fee so only ¼ of the above percent is billed on a quarterly basis. In the case of a new client opening an account in a partial quarter, a pro-rated bill for only the time period managed would be billed. |
